UWSC2 is Lobby Design Winner – Twice is Nice!

For the second time in a row, the Ontario Home Builder’s Association has awarded Branthaven’s Upper West Side Condos community with “BEST LOBBY ENTRANCE” (mid-high rise condo or rental). Upper West Side Condos won in 2019 and this year, UWSC2 follows with the 2020/2021 judging panel recognizing the lobby entrances’ distinctive design, interior details and enhanced resident experience as deserving the overall “best in class” entry in Ontario.
