Upper West Side Wins Again – More Global and Local Awards

The 2024 Interior Design Awards season is in full swing and Upper West Side Condos continues the winning streak started in 2023.  

The Society of British & International Interior Design (SBID) Awards shines its global spotlight on outstanding interior design that shape the future. This year, SBID acknowledged Branthaven’s Upper West Side Condos as a global finalist touted for its design excellence, creativity and technical innovation for a completed residential project.

Upper West Side Condos Lobby was the global winner in the Interior/Lounge Areas category at the LOOP Design Awards 2024. The LOOP Design Awards is one of the top honors in architecture, interiors, landscape, and product design, with a jury of 30 international industry leaders. UWSC took top prize from over 500 entries and 54 countries.

The Shaw Contract “Best of Globe” Design Award celebrates the optimism of design and its ability to positively impact our everyday lives. Out of nearly 700 submissions from 36 countries, Upper West Side Condos amenity areas were awarded the “Best in Canada (regional) Winner” and then qualified and won the top prize, “Best in Globe.”
