In 2019/2020, Upper West Side Condos (UWSC) received over a dozen industry awards, including the West End Home Builders’ Association coveted “Mid-Hi-Rise Project of the Year”.

Following that success, BRANTHAVEN is delighted to share that UWSC2 has also been selected as the 2021 “Project of the Year Mid-Hi Rise Development” and “Best Exterior Concept” by the esteemed WE HBA jury panel.
