HOMESTEAD 13 Awards in West End

BRANTHAVEN is proud to announce that Homestead, our family-friendly, low-rise community released last year, has won a remarkable 13 awards at the 2021 West End Home Builders’ Association (WE HBA) Awards of Distinction Event!

The WE HBA annually recognizes the outstanding achievements of leading residential developers, new home builders and sales and marketing professionals across the burgeoning Hamilton-Halton region.

Homestead swept the creative categories with a total of 8 awards including the prestigious Marketing of the Year Award for best overall brand experience and project sales success.

BRANTHAVEN also won five Product Awards. Homestead took Best Sales Office Design and the Kirkendall plan took top prizes in the Best Single-Family Home (2000 Sq.ft.- 3500 sq.ft.), Best Kitchen, Bath, and Home Exterior over 2,000 sq.ft. categories.
