BRANTHAVEN Wins 3 Awards of Distinction from the WE HBA

Each year, the West End Home Builders’ Association (WE HBA) recognizes excellence in residential real estate projects and communities. Announced in mid-April, Branthaven is proud to have won 3 Awards of Distinction for our West&Post New Traditional Towns in Oakville community. Awarded for Best Kitchen in a Home Under 2000sq ft, the functional open-concept kitchen and dining area is designed to make best use of the space, while creating a communal feeling – suitably reflecting the casual and relaxed lifestyle many of our homeowners embrace. For Best Newspaper / Magazine / Feature Advertorial, West&Post was featured in HOMES Magazine in a high exposure approach, featuring conversational style quotes from the president of Branthaven, reinforcing the projects’ unique product, place, price and brand promise throughout this featured issue.
The third Award of Distinction was also in the Creative category, for Best On-Site Sales & Marketing Package. Designed as a complete brand experience, the immersive visual package was created to educate and entire potential homebuyers to embrace a new kind of townhome living in Upper Oakville. Messaging was achieved through the balance of compelling copy and visuals, including curated renderings, photography, and editorial details highlighting the project’s unique benefits for aspirational homeowners.
