What a great start to the New Year. Canada’s most prestigious home builder awards competition has just nominated BRANTHAVEN as 2023 finalists in not one but seven categories! The Canadian Home Builders’ Association (CHBA) acknowledges best-in-class new home builders’ and their outstanding achievements across multiple categories including community planning, architectural design, innovation and overall creativity in both single-family homes and mid/high-rises.

An astounding 800 entries were submitted nationally and only 5 homebuilders are selected as finalists for each category.

Branthaven has been recognized as a finalist in the following categories for overall outstanding creative and branding in Best Website Design, Best Digital Advertising and Best Print Ad  for Millcroft Towns, Branthaven’s design-forward luxury townhome enclave in Upper Burlington.

The Greenwich, the 3^rd Branthaven condominium launched in the multi-award winning Upper West Side Condos at Oakvillage community, secured four finalist nominations: Best Website, Best Digital Advertising, Best Renderings and Best Mid-High-Rise Building (Planned) categories.
